The Cave Aged Variety Pack features both of our cave aged varieties, 2 x 6 oz Barn Cat Wedges and 3 x 4 oz Maverick Rounds.
This reformulated bundle is still at the same discounted price point per oz as the previous 6 pack was sold for. because the new Maverick size is smaller we reconfigured the bundle to keep it balanced. These new 4 oz Mavericks are a throwback to Mavericks original roots in both size + shape, as well as a more diverse set of surface cultures present on its rind. The smaller size also means a more pronounced flavor profile, which lends itself to a fun side by side tasting experience with Barn Cat!

We ship weekly Monday- Wednesday, in temperature controlled packaging via UPS express.
All orders ship 3-5 business days from order confirmation. We cannot garauntee delivery dates and times.
All avaialble rates are displayed at check out and are based on weight and location.
Shelf life and Storage
All Bandit Cheese Logs can be stored refrigerated, wrapped loosely in the original packaging for up to 4 weeks from the date it shipped.
If unopened, all Bandit Cheese Logs can be stored frozen for up to 6 months from ship date. Allow to thaw overnight in the refrigerator for best results.
