Cave-Aged, "Double-cream", Bloomy rind, decadent, lush, and earthy. Our 4oz round is a throwback to Mavericks roots, the smaller size = a more robust and intense flavor profile. Our new dome packaging creates a "mini cave" for your Maverick round to continue aging until you're ready to enjoy it.
*We do not recommend freezing this cheese as it can cause rind degradation*

Shipping?
We ship weekly Monday- Wednesday, in temperature controlled packaging via UPS express.
All orders ship 3-5 business days from order confirmation. We cannot garauntee delivery dates and times.
All avaialble rates are displayed at check out and are based on weight and location.
Shelf life and Storage
All Bandit Cheese Logs can be stored refrigerated, wrapped loosely in the original packaging for up to 4 weeks from the date it shipped.
If unopened, all Bandit Cheese Logs can be stored frozen for up to 6 months from ship date. Allow to thaw overnight in the refrigerator for best results.
