Cave-Aged, bloomy rind, over a brine of vegetable ash. This cheese has a dainty hint of citrus, notes of sweet earth and a vegetable ash inlay throughout.
Plays nicely with: Herbaceous flavors, deep flavors like mushroom or beet, seeded crackers, bread, pistachio, walnuts – or anything nutty, really. A great goat cheese impressionist!

Shipping?
We ship weekly Monday- Wednesday, in temperature controlled packaging via UPS express.
All orders ship 3-5 business days from order confirmation. We cannot garauntee delivery dates and times.
All avaialble rates are displayed at check out and are based on weight and location.
Shelf life and Storage
All Bandit Cheese Logs can be stored refrigerated, wrapped loosely in the original packaging for up to 4 weeks from the date it shipped.
If unopened, all Bandit Cheese Logs can be stored frozen for up to 6 months from ship date. Allow to thaw overnight in the refrigerator for best results.
